Returns & Repairs

All customs, sales & discounted items are final sales.

Any other items may be returned within 7 business days in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. 

SilverBelle Leather Co./SBL Custom Bags is not responsible for returned packages or packages that are lost in transit. However, all packages will be shipped USPS Priority & fully insured. 

Guarantee: 1 year from date of purchase (outside of normal wear & tear) includes: loose rivets, broken hardware, seam structure defects or any defects related to the structure of the bag. Zipper teeth, hardware & function are not guaranteed but their installation is!

Leather marks, creasing, color transfer/fading, stretching is considered normal with use & not guaranteed. Additionally, leather color may vary from hide to hide. Marks, scars & creasing are also common & normal for natural leather hides. They make each bag as unique as the animal that provided that beautiful hide. These are not valid reasons for return or exchange. 

Fabric fading, wear & stains are also considered normal use but fraying away from seams or zippers is not. 

All items are handcrafted by me, Sandy Lomeli, & I will personally inspect & determine whether the problems/defects are structural or normal wear so we can discuss repairs. If repair is not possible, I am happy to provide a pro-rated return based on actual time in use vs the one year guarantee.
